Limited edition fine art prints of Michael Weintrob’s photographic work are available for purchase.

Browse from our music, portrait and InstrumentHead photo galleries to find prints you would like to buy.  If requested, our team can create a custom gallery of artists you are interested in from the stock list, with private passwords to review the photographs online.

All fine art photography prints are limited edition, signed and numbered. Please allow up to two weeks for processing and shipping.

Giclée prints are archival, limited edition, signed and numbered.  Please allow up to three weeks for processing and shipping.

If you are looking for a particular artist that is not featured on the website, please refer to our stock list.

How will my photograph be printed?
Our limited-edition fine art InstrumentHead photographs are printed Giclée on acid, lignin, and chlorine-free PH neutral 100% cotton paper.  We use this technique because it delivers museum-quality results offering a wider color range than traditional printing.

Non-InstrumentHead prints are printed on Kodak Professional Supra Endura in Lustre.

What’s so special about the “multiple exposures?”  I have Photoshop…
These multiple exposures are true to form, as in they are shot in-camera.  They are not more than one photo edited together.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

What type of product guarantee is available?
We hope you will be pleased with your fine art acquisition from Michael Weintrob Photography.  You may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping charges.  Please contact us at store@michaelweintrob.com to arrange any returns.

Is there sales tax? 
We collect sales tax as of now from buyers in New York unless otherwise required.  If you have questions about the tax rate on your invoice, please contact us.

When will my package ship?
Prints usually ship in 2-3 weeks.  Michael Weintrob Photography provides tracking information if available at the time of shipping.

How do you calculate shipping and handling rates?  Shipping costs are calculated by our checkout pages after you enter your Ship To address.  In the case of the USA and Canada, a zip or postal code is required before shipping options can be calculated.  Your order is placed only after you have had a chance to review your entered information, including shipping costs.

How will you package my order?
Your package will be cared for so it arrives to you free of imperfections.
If you have ordered more than one printed item, the items will be packaged together and separated by a buffer to prevent damage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow up to twenty-one days for our photographic prints to ship as they are printed to order.  All shipping delivery times are in addition to this order processing time.

If your order is going to be delayed beyond normal established timeframes, you will be given an approximate ship date at that time and will have the option of canceling your order, or retaining the order with its new ship date.

Depending on your selected carrier and location, your order will take from one to ten days to be delivered once it has shipped.

What do I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
We guarantee orders shipped via UPS against damage or loss that may occur during the shipping process.  Please contact store@michaelweintrob.com to report either.

Damage Claims – Michael Weintrob Photography will contact UPS and start a damage claim.  Please keep the damaged item(s) as well as original packing materials for UPS pickup or inspection.  Damaged items will be reimbursed or replaced once the claim has been finalized (approximately 3 weeks).

Loss Claims – Michael Weintrob Photography will contact UPS and start a package trace.  UPS searches take 1-8 days to complete culminating in either delivery of the package or initiation of monetary reimbursement by UPS.  All orders shipped by Michael Weintrob Photography via UPS are insured for damage or loss by UPS and will immediately be replaced or refunded by Michael Weintrob Photography once payment is received from UPS.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Michael Weintrob Photography has a thirty-day return policy on all items (domestic orders only).  The thirty days begin upon delivery.  Please package your item securely, re-using the original packaging materials if possible and insure them for shipment.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  COD shipments will not be accepted.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and recommend using a carrier that tracks your package with a tracking number.  Unless returning for a damage claim, items returned for credit must be in the same condition as they were when shipped by Michael Weintrob Photography.  Subsequent to inspection, a return credit to an account can take up to 30 days.

Should an exchange be possible (based on product availability), after receipt and inspection of the returned item the exchanged item will be shipped.

International Customers, Please Note.
Please contact store@michaelweintrob.com for international shipments.

International Customers may be subject to their respective country’s customs fees, including Country and/or Province taxes, duty fees based on the value of goods purchased, and Customs Brokerage Fees.  Customs Fees assessed on purchased goods are based upon the laws of the respective country, and Michael Weintrob Photography has no control over these charges.  It is your responsibility to comply with these laws and to pay these fees as billed to you by your country or by the shipping carrier.

INSURANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
USPS customers please be advised – because USPS shipping is uninsured and offers no tracking, we are not responsible for USPS shipments that are lost or damaged.  Customers choosing this shipping method do so at their own risk.

We will not accept any returns, and we will not refund any lost, refused or abandoned orders outside of the United States.  We will, however, file a claim with the carrier and will refund applicable monies to you only when and if we receive payment from said carrier.
