Replaced Bernie Worrell in the original Parliament-Funkadelic line-up in 1996 while later sharing the stage with musicians such as Bootsy Collins, Snoop Dogg and Isaac Hayes.
Started Shock Logic Productions in 2000, joined George Clinton and other former members of P-Funk, the 420 Funk Mob in 2002, and toured and recorded with the indie rock band SeepeopleS until he moved to Nashville and was selected to be Billy Powell's replacement in Lynyrd Skynyrd.
